After years of fighting, the people won. In 2036, Brazil has become an extremely developed country. For the past 20 years, the government has been guided by a document created in collaboration with the people. Vargas was one of the people behind this project, and leader of several demonstrations. Today, he sees the incredible country he helped to transform move forward while his personal life is ruined. Now, a political group wants to take advantage that this document is about to expire and bring back the politics from before. Vargas see in this an opportunity to leave his definite mark in history, but he will need the help of young Russô to mobilize the people and stop the country from moving backwards.
